The Outside Broadcast team compromises of highly professional technical crews that are responsible for bringing all the action and entertainment to your screens and in your homes. We are involved in recording sport, musical events and concerts, but we are flexible enough to suit all your production needs. Our services extend beyond hardware. So whether you're organising a sporting event, music festival or business conference, M-Net Outside Broadcast will capture the magic.

Outside Broadcast comprises of a dynamic unit within Broadcast Services. It employs just over 60 technical, administrative and other personal and draws expertise from the freelance market in South Africa. Outside Broadcast boasts 5 fully digital facilities inclusive of one of the country's first HD units, 2 Jimmy Jib Units and 2 Super slo motion Camera facilities. Currently, Outside Broadcast service 90 percent of Supersport's in-depth coverage of local sport around the country, with the remaining ten percent covering the private sector in business broadcasting countrywide.

Outside Broadcast have covered major events including Ms South Africa, Ms World, The Skins Golf Tournament, Pavarotti in concert, Rugby World Cup, Bon Jovi, Tina Turner, Simply Red, Red Nose Day, Argus Cycle Tour, International Show Jumping and the Nedbank Golf Challenge (formally known as The Million Dollar Golf Challenge) to mention a few.
